PORTFOLIO ENTERTAINMENT ACQUIRES RIGHTS FOR RADICAL SHEEP PRESCHOOL PROGRAMS

Toronto, Canada (April 12, 2007) -- Portfolio Entertainment has acquired television distribution, home video, non-theatrical and multimedia rights for five of Radical Sheep Productions' innovative and entertaining preschool programs including award-winning series The Big Comfy Couch, Amigo and Me, Ruffus the Dog, Panda Bear Daycare and Land O' Hands.

Portfolio Entertainment holds worldwide distribution rights for all five series in all languages excluding The Big Comfy Couch in the U.S. and South Korea. The deal also excludes rights for English language distribution in Canada for all five programs.
